Selection #1: Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast with Herb Risotto 

Selection #2: Pan Seared Pacific Salmon/Ginger Soy Beurre Blanc with Chive Mashed Potatoes

Selection #3, Vegetarian – Chef’s Choice

Dinner will include bread, salad, and dessert.
