Welcome to the new Out of Work List “OWL” Member Portal
We have switched to a new database that includes an online portal for members. This will give you the ability to put your name on and to take it off the OWL. See the video below for instructions to create a member account on Union Impact and get started now. The database is still in “customization” mode, so some features may change or be added. The button below will automatically take you to the new account creation page. There is a verification process that may not allow immediate access to the OWL. If you have any questions, concerns or just want to add your name to the OWL, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
Once you have established a Union Impact account, there will be three ways you can add your name to the OWL: Call the Dispatcher, (206-900-7822); Log-in via Union Impact; or use the submission form below, (you can bookmark this page).
